Co-Founder Howard Lee Gatch has worked in the music and entertainment industry as a manager for many years and is the former manager of KC & the Sunshine Band.
While attending Miami-Dade College then graduating to Florida International University and studying business, computer programming, and music he started working with KC & Sunshine Band. Fast forwarding and long story short, "Lee" was the second in command at Harrick Music Corporate Office and KCSB of Miami, Vice-President of C&G Artist Management, and President of Number One Records Indie Label.
During his many years in the music business, Howard “Lee” Gatch has worked with and managed multiple well known artists and music producers as well as developing new artists. His areas of expertise include artists management, publishing rights, trademarks, sampling clearances, global touring, concert promotions, music licensing, copyrights, and mechanical royalties. Moreover, Howard is a fun loving tech savvy business man who is proficient in front end website development and graphic design.
More importantly, Mr. Gatch prides himself on "creating relationships and maintaining friendships through integrity and principles.”

As the CEO of Star Quality Entourage a consulting company providing services in the area of artist development, marketing, and management for new and existing artist, he is a household name as the flamboyant on-air personality of Power 96 and an underground hit maker for emerging artist throughout the Southeast. He began his career as a record promoter in Atlanta, GA and worked for WEDR 99 JAMZ in Southeast Florida. He was given his own show in Miami, Fl on Power 96 with partner Lucy and it became South Florida’s most listened to show and remained the highest rated evening show in their time slot for three years.
Social Media Mariela is originally from Argentina but has been in Miami, Forida for fifteen years and has many years of experience with artists and public relations. She is a magnetic, goal oriented, and big hearted person who is an anchor to our team.
Business Relations Paul Lewis has been in the Music & Entertainment Industry for more than 40 years. He is one of the original Members of KC & The Sunshine Band, a musician, recording artist, song writer, producer, and a Lead Vocalist for Epic Records/Hot Records Group "Bassix." As a President of four influential and highly accredited Entertainment Companies, Paul is also a successful consultant who is well known and respected as a man of knowledge and integrity by many people in the Entertainment Industry.
Corporate Counsel Greg Finch, Esq is a registered patent attorney and corporate attorney. His practice focuses on several areas of intellectual property – including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets – as well as business transactions, IP licensing, and corporate counsel. While Greg represents a variety of business enterprises, a significant portion of his work is dedicated to technology companies, consumer product companies, and startups - for which he often serves as outside general counsel.
Business Operations Jonathan R. Black, Esq., was an entertainment attorney representing clients such as Evelyn Champagne King, Teddy Pendergrass, the Delphonics, Dexter Wansel, David Ebo and other notable artists in and around the Philadelphia area. He extended his business activities as a business affairs consultant to Florida and served as Vice President of Business Legal Affairs for Miami based Luke Records overseeing all aspects of business, publishing, and artist contract negotiations, as well as the general activities of the company’s day to day affairs. He currently is a music industry consultant focusing his efforts on talent relations, publishing administration, and music industry contract negotiation.
